Barstow's Longview Farm and Black Earth Composting Explain How the End Result of What We Eat (and Don't Eat) Can Curb Climate Change.

Reducing methane is a big focus of COP28.  Some of that can be accomplished by reducing the food waste that ends up in landfills.  This program will help us learn how to accomplish that while giving back to the soil and generating energy.
